In the Yogideas space we love to bring new ideas, new creative classes so that your experience on the mat is unique. As they are special classes/workshops we will do them at times that are comfortable for you, maybe on a Friday afternoon, or a Saturday, what better plan for one of these days, you can enjoy a class/workshop of your preferred style and then a dinner or lunch at any restaurant in the neighborhood or near the neighborhood, we are very close to Madrid Rio, it will surely be a different experience for a Friday afternoon or a Saturday morning. Medical Yoga
For our new season you will be able to enjoy medicinal Yoga classes/workshops. Medicinal yoga will allow you to find out a little more about yourself, in all aspects of your life, better manage stress and emotions. Medicinal Yoga seeks to deepen the principles of Yoga and meditation. All through the practice of Kriyas, which includes the practice of asanas, mudras, pranayamas and relaxation techniques. Your teacher Jenny, you will love her, her kind heart, her passion for what she does and her absolute tenderness will guide you in each workshop.

At Espacio Yogideas we believe in the approach to a more functional yoga that adapts to different bodies and needs is essential to create a pleasant experience on the mat, and what better than the Feetup trainer to include the practice of inverted postures with support excellent for all bodies and ages.
